Our office is open 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on Monday through Friday.
After hours and on weekends our line is answered by the sheriff dispatch.

Please follow these guidelines before calling, and then have the necessary information available:

• Check your breakers or fuses.
• Check with your neighbors to see if they have power.
• Provide the name the account is listed under.
• Provide your name if it is different from the one listed on the account.
• Report any problems you have noticed, such as down trees or lines.
• Provide directions to the service if required.
• Please provide your phone number if you are calling from a cell phone.

Having this information available when you call will assure a quick response time by our crew.
